Each September Middle District church leaders have the opportunity of participating in a regional training event: The Leadership Development Training Conference. More than 20 breakout sessions help leaders develop their skills and knowledge. 2012 date is September 24. More details to come…….
Deacon Training
Materials, videos, and personal training are available at the Associational office to help deacons serve the church. Materials are also provided for deacon groups to explore “deacon teams ministry. “
Dr. Hamacher has also provided deacon training for Middle District churches and enjoys tailoring each training to the specific needs of each church. Another opportunity for deacon training is the CVBM regional Deacon – Pastor Conference. This year it will be at Branch’s Baptist Church, 3400 Broad Rock Road,March.19.
