Program: "Preparing Youth to Lead" Ken Dibble

Everyone says the youth are the church of the future. However, in record numbers young adults are staying away from the church. Ken Dibble, Youth Ministry Strategist for the Emerging Leaders Team of the VA Baptist Mission Board, will talk to pastors and staff about preparing young people to going beyond participating in a youth group to becoming authentic leaders.

Immediately following the lunch, Lonnie Brawley, Middle District’s Youth Ministry Coordinator, will lead a discussion on youth ministry networking and coordinating of MDBA planned events.
