Impact Virginia: June 24 – 30 Middle District will host more than 250 youth from all over Virginia as they gather for inspiration and to serve the community through home repair and renovation. Currently our Impact Virginia coordinating team is searching for project locations and would welcome knowing of individuals whose homes need repair.
Kingdom Builders: Youth Community Mission Work
For many years, each fall and spring youth from Middle District churches gather to do light construction, painting, yard work and other related service opportunities. Special Events
In addition to annual events, youth from all churches will come together for a special event. In the fall of 2010, more than 700 youth from around the region gathered for a fun and memorable experience called EPIC. The evangelistic event included bands, games, and a captivating youth speaker. We are glad to report that many youth gave their life to Christ at Epic and many others responded to God’s call to dedicating their life to ministry.
Networking
Occasionally the Executive Director will gather youth leaders for a time of fellowship, to exchange ideas and to compare notes on trends in their ministries. Youth leaders are always welcome at the monthly Ministers Networking Luncheons.
